Terredo tunneling driver install download

When opening the add hardware page, nothing for teredo shows up. My guess is it has something to do with running Windows 10 Pro because my laptop which is running regular windows 10 already has Teredo installed and is able to flawlessly connect to the Xbox network. Anyone have any ideas?
